So, now that I have some new blog fans...Whitney and Aunt Lisa (you are fans, right?)! They are reading this as I type. I thought I would add Zach's funny statement of the day. We had gone to the mall tonight so that I could get something on a big sale at Macy's which according to Zach is NOT the Mall. Of course to him the mall is playing at the play place and saying hello to Thomas at the toy store located wisely next to the play place. Anyways, as we got to the car he decided to get out of the stroller without my assistance and gracefully went from sitting in the stroller to sitting on the ground. As he sat on the ground and looked up at me he says to me, "I'm wounded." I thought it was pretty funny since this was the first time I had ever heard him use this vocabulary. Typically it is "Mom, I hurt myself." Lucky for both of us he wasn't really wounded.
More on the house...things are coming along wonderfully. Tyler is painting the half bath tonight! Yea!! Okay, so he's priming it, but we are making lots of progress. I feel like I'm on vacation at my apartment at this point because so much of our stuff is at the house. Once we get our furniture over there I will be able to completely move in! Double Yea!! Zach's excited about his new room. He had a Jessica moment today. While I explained to him all the work Mommy had to do in her room, he asked me, "Do you want to come see my room?" Of course I dropped what I was doing and ran to his room in excitement. I was glad to see he's making the transition well. Of course he's had more than a month to do so! All his room had to show was the navy blue wall we had painted to change it from his cousin Ethan's room to his room, but he loves it. He really loves that we have a park right in the backyard. His favorite is the swings. Which is odd since about a year ago he was petrified of the swings. It took him until about a month and a half ago to really be okay with them. When he was learning to not get scared anymore, instead of freaking out he would tell us, "I'm okay. I'm okay." I think he was really telling himself that, but he wanted to make sure that we knew he was okay too. Okay, so now I need to go finish sewing my friends baby gift so I can hopefully get it in the mail tomorrow!!

Love the wounded! What a cute guy. They really sould be friends! I also love "the park in the back yard"! Zoe has developed a fear of swings recently,(really weird as we have one installed in the house for her) maybe she will grow out of it too.
