Only because it is an hour away even though the water is brown and there is yucky seaweed and fish carcasses. Day 1 Brandon slept the entire time.

Day 2 Brandon slept a lot again. He didn't get to play in the water though. Next year.
We had lots of fun on our first family trip to the beach and it will become a tradition to go to the beach before school starts every year now.

Yay for the beach. Our beach out here (Tybee Island) is just like Galveston, brown. But at least we have a beach close by (30 mins). Glad y'all had fun and are making family traditions.
