First Day of School

Zachary started Pre-K today. (Okay yesterday I didn't realize it was after midnight when I finished this I was determined to finish these tonight and Brandon has FINALLY gone to sleep for good. This is the latest it has been in a long time.) I could tell he was a little nervous by the way he behaved in the morning. For those who have been reading my blog for a while you can remember that it wasn't very easy for me to get Zach out of the car last year. We did make a deal that if he could show me continually for a while that he can get out of the car well that he will get a prize. I also told him I would get him something for his first day back and that helped him to be a little more excited about leaving Mommy. What can I say I'm just a fun person to hang out with. Luckily my mother-in-law was here to help me out this morning. Hopefully the year goes well and I'm excited to get into some kind of routine. It will be even better when Brandon takes a good morning nap while Zach is at school. B still wants to be held a lot. But he is growing fast too. He has two bottom teeth showing like they want to come in. He has rolled over from his tummy to his back twice now and we have fun getting him to imitate our sounds. He's definitely a talker and it's fun to have a baby that is quick to smile. It was much more difficult to get a smile out of Zach. But here he is on his way in with a smile on his face. However I could tell that he wanted to cry when I was leaving the classroom, but I think he held it back because he wanted his surprise after the day was over. Which by the way was Lego's. Zachary loves to play with Lego's.
