Blogging
It's weird to think that I've been blogging for 2 1/2 years now. Time goes so quickly. Children grow up quickly. Everything in life really happens so fast. As I was putting Brandon to bed tonight I was trying to think of what else I could blog about. All I ever have to talk about are my kids or the fact that I want my house to be clean when it isn't. I would assume that most of you would get bored of hearing the same thing from me over and over, but I guess you keep coming back for more. So, just be prepared that I won't be changing anytime soon. Most likely I will only talk about my kids or I will complain about my messy house. Toys are scattered in the living room even though I got Zach to clean most of them up. The living room needs to be vacuumed because every week is not often enough in our house. I swept and mopped the kitchen on Saturday, but really it could be swept and mopped daily. I have laundry on my bedroom floor that needs to be folded and a larger pile that needs to be washed. I unloaded and loaded the dish washer this evening, but even though it is 7:50pm my dear husband is still at work and I will still make him dinner when he comes home which equals more work in the kitchen. Zach's bathroom could use a heavy dose of disinfecting. And the toy room looks as though Hurricane Ike has hit again. And what did I do today you ask?!? I woke up, showered, got Zach bathed, fed Zach breakfast, finished getting ready, got Zach off to school, went grocery shopping, came home, put Brandon down for a nap, unloaded the groceries, ate (that's important), checked my email, just sat there and enjoyed the quiet (I have a right to do that even when my house is a wreck and still am able to complain about it right?), don't worry, Brandon woke up soon after, changed his diaper, fed him, went to Old Navy to get Zach some shorts since his are starting to be too short on him, went to Target to get Valentines gifts for the boys, saw my mother-in-law for 3 minutes, picked Zach up from school, came home and played astronauts and aliens (generally Brandon gets to be the alien), put Brandon down for a nap, gave Zach a snack and told him it was quiet time, instead of going upstairs and folding clothes I took a nap, that's right I took a nap because I'm exhausted, after that B was up and I did the dishes and then made Zach dinner (I ate too) and then it was time to get the boys ready for bed including a bath for Brandon since it is now part of his bedtime routine and then I came down to the computer room and instead of doing laundry I'm telling you all about my day. Now not everyday do I take a nap only maybe once a month if that. Today I just felt a little more tired than usual. Tomorrow hopefully I will get at least the laundry done and possibly clean Zach's bathroom, possibly. But we will also be going to the library in the morning. So, while Tyler is still at work I will try to go get something done before I have to make dinner #2 and be forced to watch all my favorite shows that come on Monday nights.

You are a busy momma! It's good to document all the things you do daily, even what seems as mundane to remember in the future all the stuff you did.
I totally get it!!! I feel the same way everyday!! I doesn't matter how much you work and work and work, it is still never done and every now and than you just have to sit down and do nothing for 10 minutes, that's all just a few minutes to yourself. I have found that espically lately if I don't have even 15 minutes to close my eyes (even if I don't sleep) than I will be the mean yelling mom, and that's not fun for anybody!! Good luck to you, just a few more months than your husband will be done with taxes and maybe get to come home, than you can make just 1 dinner. Love ya
