Kute Kids!

Why is it that when children say something it is always ten times cuter than when and adult says the same thing?!? Okay, I really know the reason. It is so fun to me to hear Zach say some of those everyday phrases or questions that we all use, but when he says it, it puts a smile on my face. This morning I was getting ready and he comes in my bathroom and I say something to him as he is leaving. He turns around and comes in and asks me, "What'd you say?" I couldn't help, but chuckle. What 2 year old asks you to repeat yourself?!? I'm sure more than just mine, but it cracked me up. There are other times that he will suggest we do something and then he'll ask me, "What do you think?" Of course he is asking if I think it's a good idea, but it's so funny the things kids pick up from what we say to them. Being in the situation makes me laugh because of how sincere he is we he says it. And obviously it's the kind of laugh that occurs naturally because they are just so dang cute. I thought I would share a picture of Mom and Zach monkeying around. Zach got the monkey towel for Christmas and it sometimes makes him want to put his Halloween costume on. At least it still fits him!

Oh and FYI...not that you probably care, but he wasn't calling it his FIRE jacket it was his FLAG jacket. I told you he's a mumbler. Yesterday when we were going out he said to me I need my flag jacket and somehow I deciphered flag instead of fire. Flag actually makes since compared to fire!
