So this happened a while ago (like 2 weeks) and I've been meaning to post about it, but I just haven't got around to it. Since I don't have anything new to post about I thought I would bring up some of the old. Zach and I were getting ready for the day and I had only begun to take off his pajamas when he jumps up off my lap and heads to his closet saying car shoes car shoes. Of course all I understood was shoes because I was only catching Kaah. I had no idea what he was talking about until he grabs his pair of yellow rain boots with the old navy trucks on the side...ohhhhh, CAR shoes. He had decided that he was going to wear those today. Luckily it had rained a little bit so I was like ok the time has now come to let myself go and allow my child to express himself in whatever fashion he feels necessary. As long as he's not refusing to change from his pajamas or refusing to wear pants I will allow him to do what he feels necessary. And this is coming from the queen of everything has to look perfect before I leave the house, although it rarely does. So with that being said I made sure I picked out an outfit that at least went with the shoes color wise.

Luckily being the procrastinator that I am, he decided that he didn't want to wear the shoes by the time we made it out of the house. But I was ready and willing to take him that way if he really wanted to wear his car shoes.
