A day in the life...

Tuesday was a somewhat good day, Zach instantly had to play with his playdough this morning. It's a new exciting thing for him and he absolutely loves it. He has a very creative mind turning his playdough into hammers and airplanes. I guess those are two things he needs to be playing with constantly. He also has a playdough brand hammer and saw that you use to create nails and bang them with the hammer. I'll have to get a picture of him playing, and hopefully I will be able to post them. (Tyler had upgraded our spyware software so who knows, its extra protectiveness may be protecting in areas I don't want it to! If that made any sense. But luckily it seems to work sporadically...see previous posting.) After playdough, we went to the play place at the mall. Like I have said before, I try to only share positive and happy stories about our cute little Zachary, so I'll just say Zachary was definitely being 2 today. Lots of crying and laying on the floor. For no reason other than he wanted his mommy to be at his side constanly. I know it sounds sweet to say, but at the time I was encouraging his independence. Unfortunately, he wanted nothing of the sort. Speaking of 2 I have again begun working with Zachary on how to respond when someone says, how old are you? He retorted the correct age of 2 and then Tyler asked him what his name was and Zachary responded with, "Zachary Steegans." I was impresseed myself because I have only worked with Zach on that response once and it was a while ago. It's amazing how much kids store in their memory.

Tell Zachary Steegans that Grandma Junie loves him a lot.
